Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Purchases are not shipped to PO Boxes. 

In order to estimate the total delivery time on purchases, please allow one to two business days for your order to ship. This is in addition to the selected shipping method (Ground, Two Day or Next Day). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. HAIKI is not responsible for unanticipated delays.

Domestic shipping methods and fees

Ground - $10.00

Two Day - $25.00

Next Day - $35.00

Items ordered by 2:00 pm Monday – Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm items will ship next business day. 

Product Shipping Limitations

We ship our shoes within the US on a regular basis, apart from products with python and crocodile skin, which we cannot ship to California based on the California Penal Code Section 653o. International sales are restricted by the rigorous CITES regulations. This means that neither we can export such products without international export permit from CITES, nor you can import it without relevant import permit from CITES into the country of destination.

If you purchase one of these items and your destination address is a restricted state or country, you will be emailed within 24 hours of your purchase notifying you the cancellation of the order. If you wish to continue with your purchase, you must arrange for a non-restricted destination address.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We provide tracking numbers contained within the shipment notification email when your order leaves our distribution center and maintain a tracking number for each delivery. Returns

HAIKI strives for customer satisfaction. For orders placed online, you have 30 days from the date you received the order to make a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For returns to be accepted all items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and the same condition that you received it in. HAIKI reserves the right to refuse a return if the criteria above are not met. For this reason, we suggest that all shoes be tried on for fit and style on a carpeted surface. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and will be sent back to you without a refund at the customers expense. We strongly advise all customers to check merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging. To begin your return, please contact customer service at info@HAIKI.com You will be sent an email with a return label. Please place your new and unused shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box. Attach the return label outside of the shipping box. Reseal the box and drop the box off at your earliest convenience.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@HAIKI.com.
