Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We are based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using our Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

You may also email us at email@example.com if you wish to deactivate your online account, but note that we may retain information about you for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the instructions in those communications or changing your preferences by contacting customer service at info@HAIKI.com. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your purchases, account, or our ongoing business relations.
The settings of your Internet browser or mobile device may allow you to stop sharing your precise location. You can also stop our collection of location information in connection with our mobile applications by following the standard uninstall process and removing all HAIKI applications from your mobile device.
Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts
With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
Third Party Advertising, Analytics and Services
voluntarily submitted to us, such as your email address, which we may share in hashed or encrypted form. This information may be used by us and these third parties to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites and mobile applications, and better understand your online activity.
We may also work with third parties to serve ads to you as part of a customized campaign on third-party platforms (such as Instagram or Google). As part of these ad campaigns, we may convert information about you, such as your email address and phone number, into a unique value that can be matched with a user account on these platforms to allow us to learn about your interests and to serve you advertising that is customized to your interests. Note that the third-party platforms may offer you choices about whether you see these types of customized ads.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). Furthermore, we do not knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to use the Services or to set up an Account with us.
Most of the information we collect is gathered when you search, buy, post, participate in surveys or otherwise communicate with us. If you use our Services to make a purchase, we may request certain Personal Information from you to facilitate the transaction. You may also provide us with Personal Information when you use certain Services, such as subscribing filling our "Stay in Touch" form or signing up to the Services as a user or guest.
This may include contact information such as your name, email address, shipping address and billing address, among other information. We, or companies that provide services on our behalf, may also collect certain financial information from you, such as your payment method (including, but not limited to, your credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information). Our payment processor stores and processes your credit card or other payment information using industry-standard security measures. By making a purchase through the Services, you give us consent to use and provide your financial information as we or our payment processor considers necessary to process the transaction.
If you contact us in person, by phone, email, instant message, live chat, social media, or by some other means (either through our Services or through Third Party Services), we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them. Some parts of our Services may be linked up with other accounts you have, such as your Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, or Google+ account ("Third Party Accounts"). If you link to Third Party Accounts from our Services, we may collect information about your use of the Third Party Account.
If you mention us through a Third Party Account, we may collect publicly available information and content related to your comment.
If you link your account on the Services with a Third Party Account, we may also collect and store publicly available information about your contacts and friends from the linked Third Party Account. This information may include their photos, names, email addresses, birthdays, interests or other content available when you access such profiles on those Third Party Services.
We may also collect and store information if you invite other users to the Services by providing us with their Personal Information.
Our Services may incorporate technology such as "pixel tags,"; "web beacons," and "cookies" that allow us to track the actions of users of our Services. Pixel tags or web beacons are tracking devices on websites or in e-mails that can monitor the behavior of the user visiting the website or sending the e-mail. Cookies are small files that web servers may place on your computer when you visit a website.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We primarily use the information we collect and store to enhance, customize and personalize the Services and your experiences with HAIKI. Ways we may use this information include, but is not limited to, the following:

How We Protect Personal Information
We use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to help protect your information. We use secure servers when you place orders. All credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted within our databases.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HAIKI be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected to the access or use of the complete site, your online or offline interactions with other site users, or otherwise related to these terms, including but not limited to any damages that result from events beyond our reasonable control, such as interruptions to all or portions of the complete site, deletion of files or email, errors or omissions, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of god, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to HAIKI records, programs or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the aggregate liability of HAIKI), whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the complete site exceed any compensation you pay, if any, to HAIKI for access to or use of the complete site. The limitations set forth in this section 15 will not limit or exclude the HAIKI’s liability for gross negligence, fraud, intentional, willful, malicious or reckless misconduct.
Except as expressly provided, the Site, Site Content, User Content and services provided on or in connection with the Site are provided on an "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. HAIKI DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND DUTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, DUTIES OR CONDITIONS: (A) OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, RESULTS, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND (B) CREATED BY TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
