ORDERS

How do I edit my order information?

In order to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing all orders as soon as they are received. We want to ensure you receive the product you wanted, however cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any cancellation requests. Please contact an HAIKI customer service representative at info@HAIKI.com with your name, order number and revised information as soon as possible.

How do I know my order was confirmed?

Once your order is received you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@HAIKI.com.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact a HAIKI customer service representative at info@HAIKI.com with your name and order number. We will issue you a refund when we confirm cancellation. Once orders ship, we cannot cancel the order.

RETURNS

How do I make a return?

Please visit our Returns Center to begin your return. Once we have received and approved your return you will be notified by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your refund. For further instructions, please see our Return Policy.

How can I make an exchange?

For an exchange of a product, please follow the return guidelines and place a new order online. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the return shipping date and your account will be charged once the exchanged item has been shipped. 

When will I receive my refund?

When you drop off your package to be returned please take note of the tracking number for your records. Once the order has been received and processed at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed and a refund issued to your original form of payment.

How do I exchange an item that is damaged when it arrives?

For an exchange of a product that is damaged, please email info@HAIKI.com.

SHIPPING

How do I change/edit my shipping information?

If you accidentally filled out your shipping instruction incorrectly, please contact a HAIKI customer service representative at info@HAIKI.com.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, HAIKI does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Can I obtain a Tracking Number for my order?

You will receive a tracking number when your package leaves our warehouse which will allow you to follow your package.

Shipping Limitations

We ship our shoes within the US on regular basis, apart from products with python and crocodile skin, which we cannot ship to California based on the California Penal Code Section 653o. 

If you purchase one of these items and your destination address is a restricted state, you will be emailed with 24 hours of your purchase notifying you of the cancellation of the order. If you wish to continue with your purchase, you must arrange for a non-restricted destination address.
